Mill Valley Rotary - Fundraising Events

In 2010 we started our first annual Pumkin Carving Festival to raise funds to benefit Life Support, a Non-Profit Organization of “Young People Who Make Good Things Happen in the World”. The event included an inspiring group of pumkin carvers ranging in age from 5 years old to 83 years young. Over 30 pumkins were carved and prizes, donated by local merchants, were awarded for best in age group, most creative and best in show. Participants also enjoyed BBQ steak sandwiches, salad, drinks and homemade desserts. It was a rousing event that happened rain or shine thanks to the blue tent put up by Max McGuinness. Fun was had by all and the pumkins were awesome!
